Published starting rates for the whole property, per night. Rates depend on season and dates (weekday vs weekend) and every group is different — they are confirmed in a written quote.

Deposits & cancellation

  • Applies to bookings over $1,000 or 30% or more of the hotel.
  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at booking.
  • The remaining balance is due 90 days before arrival; from then the reservation is fully non-refundable.
  • Payment by cash, SINPE Móvil, card (3% fee) or bank transfer to U.S. or Costa Rican accounts.

The hotel’s general policy page mentions a 30-day window for large bookings, while the group page says 90 days — your written agreement settles it.

Getting the group here

Pura Vida Traveling, the hotel family’s travel company, runs shared and private transfers from San José’s SJO airport to Quepos and back, books domestic flights to Quepos and arranges tours for the whole group.
