Shared spaces

The rest of the house comes with every room.

Whatever you book, the terraces, the pool, the communal kitchens, the rooftop gym, the co-working corners and the rope-net bird’s nest are part of your stay. The sauna and cold plunge are a separate session you book.

Shared or private? Fan or A/C?

Shared bathroom: Villa Sol and Villa Escondido rooms are private bedrooms that share a bathroom with one other room — two rooms, four people at most per bathroom.
Private bathroom: Villa Linda, Villa Fresca, Villa Luna, Villa Vista, El Palomar and the Bird’s Nest have their own. Villa Rosa and Villa Familia keep their bathrooms within your party.
Fan-cooled: Villa Sol, Villa Escondido, Villa Rosa and the open-air El Palomar rely on ceiling fans and the breeze.
Air-conditioned: Villa Linda, Villa Luna, Villa Fresca, Villa Vista and the Bird’s Nest have A/C plus fans; in Villa Familia the main bedroom has A/C.
Kitchens: Villa Luna, Villa Vista, El Palomar and the Bird’s Nest have private kitchens. Everyone else cooks in the fully equipped communal kitchens.
Stairs: This is a multi-level, treehouse-style building with plenty of stairs. One Villa Escondido room is on the lower level — ask for it if stairs are a concern.
