The hotel’s newest apartment is a penthouse next door: its listing places it beside Villas Jacquelina, though not on the same property, high above the jungle canopy. In the hotel’s words, sunrise and golden hour “paint the valley in unforgettable color”, and birds use the valley like a natural highway — often at eye level, sometimes right through the living space.

Inside: a king bed with windows full of treetops, an open living and dining room with a sofa, a full private kitchen and a private bathroom. Outside, a terrace with a cushioned day bed looks straight down the valley.

Check-in from 2:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM. Reception is open daily from 7 AM to 10 PM.

Arriving after 10 PM? Late arrivals aren’t covered in the hotel’s published policies, so message us on WhatsApp (+506 8345-1516) before you travel.

Payment

We accept cash, SINPE Móvil and Visa, Mastercard and Credix cards. Card payments carry a 3% card fee. Rates are in US dollars.

All reservations need a credit card number to secure the booking, but no deposit is taken. Please be ready to settle any unpaid balance at check-in.

Free-cancellation rate (72 hours)

You can cancel free of charge until 72 hours before check-in. Inside those 72 hours, the whole reservation becomes non-refundable.

No-shows, and changes or cancellations made inside the 72 hours, are charged the full amount of the reservation to the card on file, on the check-in or cancellation date.

Holiday dates: strict 14-day policy

Reservations in holiday dates can’t be cancelled or changed within 14 days of check-in. If even one night falls in a holiday period, the whole reservation follows this strict policy.

Parking

Free parking, off the street, directly in front of the building. The area has security lighting but isn’t enclosed, so please don’t leave valuables in your car.
