Villa Familia brings three bedrooms and two bathrooms together on a single floor. The first bedroom has two double beds, a single bed, air conditioning, blackout shades and its own bathroom. The second has a double bed with blackout shades and a high-powered ceiling fan; the third has two individual beds and a ceiling fan.

The rooms share a small outdoor patio — a good spot for the morning coffee before everyone heads out. Meals can be cooked in the communal kitchens.

Check-in from 2:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM. Reception is open daily from 7 AM to 10 PM.

Arriving after 10 PM? Late arrivals aren’t covered in the hotel’s published policies, so message us on WhatsApp (+506 8345-1516) before you travel.

Payment

We accept cash, SINPE Móvil and Visa, Mastercard and Credix cards. Card payments carry a 3% card fee. Rates are in US dollars.

All reservations need a credit card number to secure the booking, but no deposit is taken. Please be ready to settle any unpaid balance at check-in.

Free-cancellation rate (72 hours)

You can cancel free of charge until 72 hours before check-in. Inside those 72 hours, the whole reservation becomes non-refundable.

No-shows, and changes or cancellations made inside the 72 hours, are charged the full amount of the reservation to the card on file, on the check-in or cancellation date.

Holiday dates: strict 14-day policy

Reservations in holiday dates can’t be cancelled or changed within 14 days of check-in. If even one night falls in a holiday period, the whole reservation follows this strict policy.

Parking

Free parking, off the street, directly in front of the building. The area has security lighting but isn’t enclosed, so please don’t leave valuables in your car.
